Testimonials

Vespar was amazing to work with. She’s timely, professional, and proactive. Our family is moving back to the area from across the country which is very stressful. Having worked with other Realtors® in the past, I know that Vespar alleviated a ton of the stress that comes with a long distance move. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for an agent in the area to seek out Vespar Duffy.

Vespar was kind, helpful and prompt throughout the process. She answered all our questions as this was our first buying experience. We absolutely love our home!

Vespar was wonderful to work with and we found our dream home!

I worked with agent Vespar Duffy to find a 6 month seasonal rental for my home in Franconia and she was wonderful. She found me an excellent tenant last year and this year she exceeded my expectations and found me an even better tenant. She was always cheerful, responsive and professional. I would be happy to work with her again and recommend Badger Peabody & Smith Realty highly to anyone.

Vespar was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and made the whole process easy. We would and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. She was the best.

We were searching for a house within our price range and within our town. Vespar was helpful, kind and knowledgeable in assisting my family in getting us into a cute home of our own so we could begin the next chapter of our lives. We are forever grateful for all of her hard work and dedication to my family and our housing needs. Because of her, we are now homeowners!!

I highly recommend working with Vespar Duffy if you're in search for buying a home. She is sweet, caring and does everything she can to get you into your new home. She truly cares about you as a person and is very attentive. I highly recommend working with Vespar.
